Mei Chang, M.D., F.A.C.C., is a graduate of Internal medicine and Cardiology Fellowship Program, Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo, NY 1978. She is a Diplomat of American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Medicine. She specializes in all aspects of non-invasive cardiology, echocardiogram, stress testing, general cardiology, hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, lipid disorders, and congestive heart failure. She is the founder of Pasco Cardiology Center and has been in this area since 1979.

is a Graduate of the Cardiology Fellowship Program, Texas Heart Institute, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, 1982. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He specializes in cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, rotoblator, coronary stents, peripheral artery angioplasty/stents and venous ablation. Dr Rossi also has an interest in the management of lipid (cholesterol) problems, performs general cardiology evaluation and treatment and is active in research projects. He joined Pasco Cardiology Center in 1993.

A Graduate of the Cardiology Fellowship Program of University of California Davis Medical Center, Dr Lee completed his electrophysiology fellowship at Stanford University California. He has achieved Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Electrophysiology. Dr. Lee specializes in the evaluation of arrhythmias, palpitations, syncope (loss of consciousness) and performs procedures such as electrophysiology studies, tilt table tests, cardiac ablations, insertion and management of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. Dr. Lee joined Pasco Cardiology Center in 2022.

A graduate of the Cardiology Fellowship program at University of Louisville, KY, Dr Dahhan completed his interventional fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond VA. He is a former assistant professor at the University of Iowa where he taught medical students and trainees. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Peripheral Vascular Ultrasonography. He specializes in heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, valvular heart disease, coronary and peripheral vascular disease and performs angioplasty and stenting procedures of heart and peripheral arteries. Dr Dahhan joined Pasco Cardiology August 2020.
